Moody Astoria Oregon Elopement / Lowry & William
Well, red is the new white. Especially when your special day is on Valentine’s Day! They won’t be forgetting that date EVER. Ok, but on a serious note: Lowry and William were the kindest people and it was such an honor to photograph their elopement in their favorite Oregon coastal town of Astoria. If you’ve seen The Goonies, you’ll know this place holds it’s nostalgia. It’s super moody, and ultimately quiet - it was a perfect day for these two to say “I Do.”
Lowry’s gorgeous flowing crimson dress was custom designed by holy voids and she rocked it even out in the wind-chilled air in February. I love the way it shows off her back piece tattoo and William also looked dapper with a great boutonniere.
I think what I loved most about their day was the sense of calmness they had about everything, and did things their way exactly how they wanted to celebrate this union.
